Today I’m at Rod’s Restaurant in Clarenville, Newfoundland, going in for a big feed of fish and chips with dressing, gravy, and coleslaw — and wow, what a meal it was! The portions were huge, the fish had a beautiful golden crispy batter, and everything was cooked perfectly.
