If Part 1 explained the โ€œwhyโ€ behind treating psychosis, this video explains the โ€œhowโ€ โ€” with a detailed focus on drug targets, dopaminergic pathways, and receptor selectivity. ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’Š We begin with the first-generation antipsychotics (FGAs), which are D2 receptor antagonists.
