Build A Shed BEFORE A Cabin

Sometimes you just need a place to keep your gear dry, stack some firewood, or park a snowmachine. Out here in the woods, I decided to build a simple three-sided shed — the kind of project almost anyone can take on with basic tools and a weekend’s worth of effort. In this video I’ll take you along for the whole process — from marking out the site and digging post holes, to setting the posts plumb, framing the roof, and putting on the siding. This isn’t a fancy building. It’s practical, affordable, and useful, and it’s the kind of project that makes a big difference once it’s done.
