Abdallah Rothman - Faithful Wellbeing (2/4)

Dr Rothman's (@DrAbdallahRothman www.dar-al-shifaa.com) four-part series explores taqwa as a fundamental proponent of achieving aafia for the mind, body and soul. In this session, Dr Rothman explores the relationship between taqwa and well-being, advocating for a perception of God rooted in love and safety rather than fear; emphasises the role of experiencing Allah's attributes through personal relationships and nature, as guided by the teachings of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and discusses fear-based approaches to faith and underscores the importance of experiential learning and the company of spiritually elevated individuals to deepen one's spiritual and psychological health. He also outlines practices like mindfulness to enhance spiritual connection and overall well-being, encouraging further exploration in subsequent sessions. ▶️ Dr Rothman’s lectures will premiere every Tuesday during Ramadan.
