Back Story: Two years ago, my patient experienced a traumatic fall on her tailbone during a snowboarding accident, which has rendered her unable to sit comfortably since then. The X-ray showed that her tailbone was slightly misaligned posteriorly. When she sits for 30-40 minutes, it becomes sore, prompting her to lean to one side while sitting. She ended up flying to me to see if she could possibly get relief During her initial visit, I addressed her tailbone issue comprehensively. I gave her an internal coccyx adjustment through her clothes. I aimed to improve its alignment and functionality. The use of a spring-loaded instrument added more motion, while a pelvis adjustment provided support to the tailbone treatment.
