The Part of 3D Printing Nobody Shows

Two years ago I designed a small statue called Nobody Bloom. A kneeling figure holding a single glass test tube with a flower. I put the file up free on MakerWorld and the reel passed a million views. This time I wanted to see it big. Not table big. Room big. So I scaled it ten times, to a meter tall, and 3D printed it in 69 separate pieces on my Snapmaker U1. This video is the full build. Slicing the model with Split3R, the 69 prints, the glue and metal joints, the putty, the endless sanding, the paint. The finishing took longer than the printing. At the end she holds a real glass vase with water and a live monstera leaf, and the whole thing comes alive. Get the original Nobody Bloom, free: https://makerworld.com/it/models/2227... Snapmaker turns 10 this year and helped make this build happen. Giveaway and perks here: https://shop.snapmaker.com/?ref=colle... Want to use my designs commercially?
