You'll love it, BIG KISSES ;** Ingredient List: Cold Filling: • 3 cans of sardines, without canning, • 1 ripe tomato, chopped, without seeds, • 1 can of uncanned duo (corn + peas) • 100g of chopped curd cheese, • 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs, • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, • 1 level teaspoon of salt (adjust to taste). Blender batter: • 3 large eggs, • ½ cup oil (120ml), • 2 cups whole milk (480ml), • 1 small onion, • 1 level teaspoon salt (to taste), • ½ cup cornstarch (approx. 60 grams, optional), • 2½ cups unbleached all-purpose flour (350 grams), • 1 tablespoon baking powder (15g), • 50 grams Parmesan cheese.
