Receta facil: En un recipiente agrega: 1 taza de semillas de girasol (sunflower) 3/4 taza de semillas de calabaza (pumpkin) 1/2 taza de semillas de ajonjoli (sesame) 1/2 taza de semillas de Chia 1/4 taza de semillas de linaza (flaxseed) 1 tsp de sal marina 1 tsp de cualquier especie o hierba seca de tu preferencia 1 1/2 taza agua Mezcla todos los ingredientes, deja reposar por 15 min (hasta que se absorba todo el liquido), esparce en una charola para hornear cubierta con papel anti-aderente, hornea a 325 F por una hora (volteando a la mitad para dorar la parte de abajo). Deja enfriar y con las manos troza pedazos, guarda en recipiente tapado.
