First Railfanning of 2021 - NS railfanning in Lexington, KY

So, here's to the first railfanning videos of 2021! Norfolk Southern trains seen at our classic locations, Waller Avenue, and Rosemont Garden. Recorded January 6th, 2021 NS 143 on Waller Avenue with Union Pacific power! UP 6621 which is a rebuilt AC4400CW, now a C44ACM is in the lead! The engine also has a really good K3HL horn! NS 376 with a good looking SD70ACe in the lead with Dash 9 trailing units NS 178 with new GE power! Also seen are SD40-2's NS 3497, an Operation Lifesaver logo, and NS 3364 destined for Progress Rail NS 216 NS 25A is shown with a good consist of Danish Maersk containers NS 229 comes by with lots of Crowley containers. This really makes sense since Crowley is based in Jacksonville, FL where this train terminates. NS 375 with a big GE consist, plus a big surprise after it passes. As 375 was entering Lexington, an unexpected visit happened from the Loram Rail Grinder! Unfortunately, this machine was being transferred, and not grinding near me, but it was a good surprise catch, plus a salute from the police siren! NS 122 with an SD70ACe leader, and trailing 4th & 5th out, an SD60E, and an SD40-2, which is still on the roster, but who knows for how long? Recorded January 7th, 2021 NS 376, and NS 25A passing each other (Sorry, forgot to add the data for 25A) NS 216 with an AC44C6M duo NS 215 NS 60C NS 123 NS 178 featuring an SD70ACe trio NS 229 with some good container, and piggyback action NS 122 came through with UP 6621 and UP 8214, one day after pulling NS 143 south NS T66 is shown hauling three cars for the Nicholasville, KY industries.
