Türkmenistanyň Prezidenti Azerbaýjana döwlet sapary bilen bardy

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan on a state visit. At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku, decorated with the national flags of the two countries, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was warmly welcomed by officials of the Republic of Azerbaijan and members of the Turkmen delegation. Soldiers of the Guard of Honor lined up on both sides of the carpet-laid road in honor of the distinguished guest. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan, cooperation in political, diplomatic, trade and economic, cultural, scientific and educational and other fields has been successfully carried out between the two countries. The legal framework of interstate relations currently includes 124 bilaterally signed intergovernmental, intergovernmental and interdepartmental documents. Visits and high-level meetings of the Presidents of the two countries are the main conditions for the development of cooperation. In this regard, it was noted that a total of 16 official and working visits at the highest level have been made. Regular contacts are also maintained at the level of governments and between foreign ministries. The current visit of the President of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Azerbaijan will also contribute to the further development of relations between the two brotherly countries and their qualitatively new level.
