Der Baierweg mit dem Mountainbike (Teil 2) - Durch Tschechien nach Furth im Wald

The Baierweg is actually a hiking trail that follows the path of an old trade route from Straubing, over the Hohen Bogen mountain, with a loop through the Czech Republic, finally ending in Furth im Wald. On the second day, we were particularly impressed by the section through the Czech Republic. The climb over the Koráb mountain involved some sweating and, at times, pushing our bikes, before we were treated to earthy trails winding through the beautiful forests along the Pastritz River. We had saved the summit of the Haidstein for the third day. But the paths and trails along the Regen and Perlbach streams were also very enjoyable.
