TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Doctor Tifa will again undergo a follow-up hearing in the alleged slander and defamation case against Jokowi at the East Jakarta District Court on Thursday (July 9). This time, Doctor Tifa will read an exception or note of objection to the prosecutor's multiple charges related to slander, defamation, and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE). The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. WIB. The hearing will be chaired by the panel's Chairperson, Christina Endarwati, and by Judge Rudi Rafli Siregar. Then, Judge Mathilda Chrystina Katarina, with Substitute Clerks Erni and Hendra Gunawan. As previously reported in the indictment, the prosecutor stated that Jokowi felt his reputation had been tarnished by the accusations.
