Mihriban Uğurlu, President of the Retirement Justice Association (EMADDER), was born in Istanbul on July 9, 1982, to a civil servant father and a worker mother. She began her career at the age of 10. After graduating from Kadıköy Girls' High School, she dropped out of Anadolu University's Open Education Faculty (AÖF) Department of Foreign Trade to return to the workforce. Uğurlu, who holds certificates in General Accounting, Healthy Nutrition Consulting, and Life and Diet Coaching, has worked as an accounting specialist at renowned companies throughout her 26-year career. Currently serving as the founding president of the Retirement Justice Association, which was established on February 9, 2023, Mihriban Uğurlu is married and a mother of two.
