However at times I will use personal experiences to gain a deeper understanding of what I'm reading or give a practical example for what the energy may look like. This helps me to make meaning out of what im getting. Okay so I was a bit quick in this one, I had half a cup of coffee and felt like I was bouncing off the walls. Don't judge me hahahahahahaha, I've reduced coffee intake so now it hits me harder. I did not feel comfortable talking about the types of trauma I was getting because what a downer. This message is about the gifts, skills, experience and expertise you have collected through the trauma you have suffered. You are light for so many people because you are a SURVIVOR. Those who have not suffered trauma will not understand what you do for others and the amount of connection and support you bring to those who are still trying to survive.
