Lesson One - Advanced level
Congratulations for completing your beginner and intermediate level conditioning. You have been working very hard with Gymon. In this video you will do more advanced versions of the conditioning exercises you know. V-ups, straddle v-ups, tuck and pike lifts, calf raises are some of the exercises demonstrated in this video. You will be doing more repetitions and sets of each exercise here. Get energized and have fun with Advanced level conditioning. Parents are encouraged to assist children to ensure that exercises are performed properly. This will create a safe environment as well as a healthy and consistent practice.
