What Happens on a 'Shadow Cadets Only' Minecraft Server with NO RULES...?

The server has no rules, griefing is allowed, pvp is on, fire spread is on, etc. How will 100 Shadow Cadets live in a world with no rules? I made an 'entrance exam' to test the worthiness of players before they were allowed to join. Only true proven Shadow Cadets were allowed on the server.
