The Pokemon that I am using do not have perfect stats, IV's or DV's but their stats have been completely maxed out through the use of Vitamins & Stat Experience training (EV training) The Mewtwo that I am using does have the perfect 318 max attack but other than that, they all have the maximum, non perfect possible stats for the IV's and DV's that the game has given them.
