The Secret to Successful Fish Farmers Through the GERPARI Independent Feed Movement The Independent Feed Movement (GERPARI) aims to improve production cost efficiency by increasing the cost of fish feed in fish farming businesses. Currently, several fish feed production groups have developed in several areas, one of which is in Guntur District, specifically in Tlogoweru Village, Demak Regency. Starting in mid-2015, Kasnadi, popularly known as Bang Jali in his village, has been actively involved in the development of independent feed, making it a solution for fish farming businesses amidst the current COVID-19 pandemic. The trademark "JALI LELE" is produced by his own concoction, formulated using local raw materials. JALI LELE Independent Fish Feed has become a superior local product and is increasingly sought after by freshwater fish farmers in Demak Regency and the surrounding areas. The Tri Mino group is under the auspices of the Jepara Brackish Water Aquaculture Center (BBPBAP), a Technical Implementation Unit of the Directorate General of Aquaculture. The role of BBPBAP Jepara towards GERPARI is that since 2015 it has continued to foster and guide independent fish feed movement actors on how to make good fish feed, in addition to fostering them until they obtain CPPIB certificates and even further to increase their level, guiding independent fish feed makers to obtain feed registration from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, so that the quality or legality can be the same as manufactured feed.
