Maraz Ali (Mehmet Akif Alakurt) is the leader of Istanbul's largest crime gang. From the outside, Maraz Ali appears to be the owner of an open-air car wash in Istanbul's Ulus district, capable of washing five or six cars at once. In reality, however, he and his specially trained operatives are responsible for eighty percent of all thefts, snatchings, and robberies in the city.
