Living a Blessed Life - The Beginning - God's Providence

In Genesis 2:15-25, God created everything and put man into the garden to work and watch over it. Later, after creating the animals, God brings them to the man to see what names he gives them. These two roles were given to the man work and the power over creation, the power of the tongue. God created man and later gave him a helper corresponding to him. The words used in verse 24 is them becoming one flesh. Spiritual bond. Genesis 2 forms the introduction to a continuous lesson of understanding God's presence and providence, understanding husband and wife and providence, and understanding why providence is a result of obedience to God's will. I pray that as we undertake this series, God opens your eyes to see Him and your ears to hear Him. Hebrews 11:6 states Now without faith it is impossible to please God, since the one who draws near to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him. It is in seeking God and knowing God that we get back the initial plan of God, fellowshipping with God. God desired to be a provider and man an overseer over His creation. Genesis the foundation of God's relationship with Man, His will for man and man's purpose in the world. We shall see God always working to redeem man, get close to man and why divine providence occurs at the point of manifestation of God's presence.
