MY BREAST REDUCTION SURGERY VLOG | Pre/Post Op

This week’s vlog is a little different from my usual horsey content, it’s a very personal one 💕 After nearly 20 years of thinking about it, I finally decided to go ahead with breast reduction surgery, something I know isn’t a decision to be taken lightly. It’s been a long journey of consideration, but I can honestly say my only regret is not doing it sooner. The difference it’s already made, both physically and mentally, has been truly life-changing ✨ In this vlog I share snippets from the 24 hours surrounding my surgery day, something I'll be honest I hadn’t originally planned to film, but it actually became really therapeutic for me to talk to the camera (well phone!) and document the experience as it happened.
