Ford F-150 Fuel Filter Replacement 2004-2008 How-To

This video demonstrates how to replace the external mounted fuel filter on the 2004-2008 Ford F-150 trucks. Fuel filter and line disconnect tool was purchased from Amazon but can also be purchased from Walmart and I'll provide links to both retailers below. Ford manufactured two different fuel filters for this generation of F-150 depending on the date of manufacture, be sure to check the white sticker located in the driver door jamb to see what date your F-150 was made.
