Sundowning is the Worst. (These are the hardest moments for me)
Dad was sundowning pretty good this afternoon after lunch. I just do my best to try and keep him happy content and without any anxiety. These are the most difficult times for me. Bathroom stuff can be difficult, but these conversations take the biggest emotional toll on me.
