The Faculty of Law, The University of the West Indies, Mona, in collaboration with Relish, presents a public lecture and panel discussion examining the intersection of culinary creativity and intellectual property. Thursday, April 9, 2026 6:00 PM (EST) Faculty of Law, Lecture Theatre 2 The University of the West Indies, Mona The featured speaker, Professor Enrico Bonadio, Professor of Law at City St George’s, University of London, will explore how intellectual property law engages with non-traditional forms of creativity, including food, cultural expression, and innovation. He will be joined by a panel comprising Damaine Beckford, Entrepreneur and Cake Artist; Nicola Madden-Greig, Tourism Leader and Strategist; Terrence Messoado, Entrepreneur and Creative Operator; and Jose Francisco Camarena, Doctoral Researcher. The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Natalie Corthesy-Thwaites. This event is free and open to the public.
