2015 F150 Jump Seat to Console Swap with HVAC

This video details removing the jump seat from a 2015 F150 XTR and replacing it with a flow through center console from a 2017 F150 XLT Sport with a floor shift console. This was my first time doing this swap and it took me about 9 hours. That included a few trips to the hardware store and filming. A parts list of what I purchased is below. YOU MAY NEED MORE OR LESS BASED ON WHAT COMES WITH YOUR CONSOLE. I would do your best to get as much as possible from your donor vehicle or console supplier. The OEM parts are available but some of these items are very expensive. My console came with the console itself, the dash trim, the side trim, the rear panel, and the rear cup holders. The items below are what I purchased in addition to those things.
