Phylogenetics Tutorial - Maximum Likelihood Analysis with MEGA

NOTE: I use MEGA-X in this tutorial! This video walks you through the third part of phylogenetic analysis using Sanger Sequencing products for small amplicon outputs (such as CO1, H3, 28S, etc.). This workflow is not applicable for large genomic outputs.
