Much Better. 9 Bar OPV Mod for Gaggia Espresso Deluxe

In this video, I show how to replace the OPV spring in the Gaggia Espresso Deluxe. This is awesome, because it reduces the out of the box pressure of the Gaggia from 12 bar, down to 9 bar. This helps first of all to reduce the squirting between basket and group head gasket. It also helps to reduce channeling, and gives ultimately a better, tastier, fuller bodied shot. The good thing is, this is SUPER simple. It's just 6 T10 screws to undo, and a 10mm wrench to get at the OPV. Thankfully, this OPV is the same as the Gaggia Classic Pro, so you can use the same springs interchangeably. I feel this is an absolute MUST for the Gaggia Espresso Deluxe.
