With the right vibration and abrasive media, you can clean old hardware and bring it back to life. ⏱️ Watch until the end to see the final rust removal test and the complete transformation! --- 🔧 Materials Used • Empty 1 kg tomato paste can (or any similar metal food can) • 1 mm galvanized steel wire (Approx. 18 AWG) • 6V DC motor • Thin insulated hookup wire (2 colors) • 18650 lithium battery holder • TP4056 lithium battery charging module • Mini rocker switch • Plastic spray can cap • Plywood base • Springs • WD-40 • Sand --- ⚙️ Important Tips ✔ The type of sand inside the container is very important. Sand with higher abrasive properties removes rust much faster. ✔ Adjust the vibration carefully. The goal is to maximize friction between the sand and the metal parts inside the container. ✔ Rust removal takes approximately 1 hour or more, depending on the amount of rust. ✔ Make sure the machine is placed on a stable surface before turning it on.
