KTM DUKE 390 BS-3 Complete Engine Rebuild Part -1

In this video, we completely rebuild a KTM Duke 390 BS3 engine from start to finish. The project begins with a full engine teardown, where every component is carefully disassembled, cleaned, and inspected for wear and damage. We rebuild the bottom end, install new bearings, seals, and gaskets, inspect and assemble the gearbox, rebuild the clutch system, and reassemble the crankcases. Moving to the top end, we install the piston, piston rings, cylinder, timing chain, camshaft, and cylinder head while setting the valve timing and checking all clearances according to specification. Every critical step of the engine assembly is covered in detail, including torque procedures, lubrication points, and final quality checks. After completing the full engine rebuild, we carefully lower the engine back into the frame and secure all mounting points, preparing it for the remaining connections and final startup.
