Today we have another cooking show straight from Isaan, Thailand. Before we could even start cooking, we first had to harvest the banana blossoms on our farm. My wife, Porn, then used these special blossoms to create a typical Thai dish: หมกหัวปลีใส่ไก่ (Banana Blossom with Chicken, Isaan Style) This dish is probably completely unknown to many Germans. Yet, banana blossoms are a popular ingredient in Thailand and are used in many traditional dishes. Today we'll show you the harvest on our farm, the preparation step by step, and of course, the finished product. And I have to say: It tasted absolutely delicious!
