Documents reviewed by Radio Bío Bío's Investigative Unit have allowed investigators to reconstruct two charter flights from Haiti in 2023. The passenger manifests show a high proportion of minors and adults associated with the transport of several children, with whom they did not share a surname. The evidence also leaves open a question that remains unanswered: who financed these flights and under what terms were they contracted?
