Ingredients of Bengali Basanti Pulao: 1. Gobindo Bhog Rice (3 cups)soaked in water for 15 min. 2. Garam masala. 3. Grated ginger (2 tsp). 4. Bay leaves (3-4). 5. Turmeric powder (½ tsp). 6. Salt (as per your taste). 7. Sugar (as per your taste). 8. Refined oil (2 tbsp). 9. Ghee (2tbsp). 10. Garam masala powder (½ tsp). 11. Cashew nuts (¼ cup). 12. Raisins (½ tsp). Methods of How to make Basanti Pulao: 1. Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp refined oil and 1 tbsp ghee. 2. Add garam masala, and bay leaves. Fry for few sec. 3. Add cashew nuts and raisins.
