Locally referred to as, “Mingitau,” or “the mountain of a thousand mountains,” Mount Elbrus is a massive, dormant double-coned volcano covered in eternal snow. Elbrus is an ideal for those looking to summit all the 7 summits, as the climbing itself often times not very technical, but still gives the climber very high altitude exposure.
