Reconstructing Indian Alchemy - Aurifiction (Rasārṇava, chapter 12, verse 51 )
In this video, we show an alternative recipe to the gold imitation recipe of the Rasaprakāśasudhākara, chapter 11, verses 54-55. The recipe is found in Rasārṇava, chapter 12, verse 51. See the accompanying blog post here: http://ayuryog.org/blog/aurifiction-i... While the Rasaprakāśasudhākara's recipe described its goal as giving copper the appearance of gold, the text of the Rasārṇava seems to suggest that actual gold is produced. A collaboration of AyurYog (ayuryog.org) and neterapublishing (neterapublishing.com). This project was made possible through funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No.639363.
