■Shikoku Central Touring (3/3) I wanted to visit the place where Ehime, Kagawa, and Tokushima meet, a place I'd wanted to see since childhood. To fulfill that wish, I rode my motorcycle from Shikoku Central City. This time, I visited the site of the former Okawa Village Office, which is usually submerged at the bottom of the Sameura Dam and only appears during record-breaking droughts.
