Growing "Blondie" Frisee: From Green to Gold

So I think "Blondie" frisee might be my spirit vegetable? Blonde farmer, blonde food. This is how you turn your frisee (or curly endive) into gold, or blanches blonde color! I shot these clips in June 2021, and just now sharing. Hopefully it helps to see what stage the plants are at for tying. I highly recommend tying them up in some way like this---it takes them from boring green to interesting, sweeter, and more eye-popping in all applications. Kind of a quiet video- but hopefully still helpful to those seeking out info on this.
