How to get to Karimunjawa Island? You can go by ferry and by plane. The plane only goes from Semarang to Karimunjawa, but in April 2023 there will be flights from Jakarta to Karimunjawa as well what for sure will result in an increase of both local and foreign tourists coming to Karimunjawa Island. I personally really struggled to get reliable informations about how to go to Karimunjava. Even when I asked my local friends, they couldn't find trustful informations. But to be fair, I also wanted to bring my own motorcycle to that island.
