45 horas corriendo: Hasta que solo quede uno

How far are you willing to go when your whole body is begging you to stop? In this documentary, I share my experience at the 2026 Backyard Ultra Montesinos. 45 hours, 45 laps, and over 300 km covered, battling sleep deprivation, pain, and an injury that almost knocked me out before I even started. A Backyard Ultra is simple yet brutal: you have one hour to complete 6.7 km. If you finish within the time limit, you start again. The race isn't over until only one person remains standing. Join me on this journey of introspection where I discovered that our limits are almost never real.
