In this video I show you how to manually program a repeater into your Baofeng handheld radio without the need for a computer/software. Admittedly, it's much harder to do than on the computer but some people may not get on with programming radios and getting chinese programming cables to work so as an alternative, I've done this video to go in depth on how to set everyhing from frequencies & offset to the tone and shift direction.
