Salchichas Artesanales Alemanas(Bratwurst) con Tommys XXL

Hey everyone! At Brasas y Cheves, we've been hard at work researching grilling recipes from across Europe, and we were lucky enough to collaborate with our friend Thomas Schmidt from Tommy's XXL, who's sharing a family recipe with us. Tommy's going to teach us how to make Bratwurst (German sausages) and their respective sauce. He'll also prepare a venerable and incredibly easy potato salad using his family recipe. This dish is a true icon of Germany and is perfect for grilling. Its flavor is tailor-made to pair with a well-balanced beer, like a Pilsner (Urquell), with its rich malts and hops.
