Welcome to Day 1 of the 6 week Dumbbell Only Strong Elegance Challenge. Strength x Pilates x HIIT. This 27 minute full body strength workout focuses on foundational strength patterns that build confidence, stability and strength under load. This is a fantastic workout to revisit throughout the challenge if future weeks feel too advanced. ✨ Challenge Focus: • Glutes • Quads • Shoulders • Core Stability ❤️🔥 Equipment: Dumbbells (Heavy, Medium & Light) My dumbbell selection today: • 10kg (20-25lb) lower body • 5kg (10-12lb) upper body • 2kg (4-5lb) core Remember, your weights do NOT need to match mine. Choose a weight that feels challenging while still allowing you to maintain great form. By the final few reps, you should feel like you could only perform another 1–3 quality reps before fatigue.
