Aula 14: Equação da continuidade e lei de Kirchhoff da correntes

Lesson 14 Contents: Continuity equation; Kirchhoff's current law. Mini-course "Maxwell's equations and the fundamentals of Electromagnetism". The objective of this mini-course is to present the equations that govern Electromagnetism, with several examples and solved exercises. The topics covered include Maxwell's equations (Gauss's law, Gauss's law of magnetism, Faraday's law, and Ampère-Maxwell's law, both in integral and local form), flux and line integral of a vector field, constitutive relations and classification of materials, electrostatics, electric circuits and Kirchhoff's laws, electromagnetic induction, electromotive force, Lenz's law, the ideal transformer, induced electric field, displacement current, continuity equation, boundary conditions of fields (refraction of fields), potentials (scalar, vector, and time-varying), magnetomotive force, magnetic circuit, Poisson's and Laplace's equations, electromagnetic waves, and numerical methods.
