Finding Peace in a Noisy World

Unchain my heart and soul My heart is bound, a silent plea, Unchain it now, set spirit free. This path unfolds, a gentle grace, To find true peace, in time and space. Awareness pure, the body's hold, The gentle flow, stories untold. Feelings arise, then softly fade, A tranquil mind, unafraid. Thoughts, like clouds, drift across the vast Sky of our Mind, Let them Rise and Fade, OBSERVE the dance of their Origins. A sight, a sound, a touch, a taste, a smell, The world outside, a story it does tell. Through eyes, through ears, through skin, they fly, To wake up thoughts, way up high. Ancient pictures bloom, from long ago, A "like" or "dislike," seeds they sow. Don't fight the stream, just let it be, An Observer's eye, sets the spirit free. See where it starts, this Sudden Guest, Its coming and going, put to the test. To push it down, a hidden plea, Misses the chance, to truly see. For pushing down, it does not cease, Just sleeps inside, disturbing peace. The purpose lost, the lesson missed, When by the surge, we are dismissed. But watch it rise, its first small spark, And wisdom shines, dispelling dark. Fear, greed, and anger, all that pains, From wrong views Born, in our Own Brains. A mirror bright, to see things right. The veil lifts slow, Truth starts to show. Body, feeling, thought, and state, No solid ground, no fixed fate. A passing cloud, a gentle breeze, They Rise and Fade among the trees. No Birth, no End, no Gain, no Loss, Just changing Forms, beneath the moss. Misconceptions hold, like chains so tight, Blinding the soul, from inner light. But Seeing-Clear, the Roots we trace, Reveals the Truth, in time and space. In the stillness of breath, we uncover shadows, whispers of doubt, entangled in the fabric of thought. Fear arises in the heart, a reflection of our own Make-Believe, yet clarity dawns like morning light— an awakened mind, unclouded, dancing in wisdom's embrace, where no delusion lingers, and suffering melts into grace. The vision clear, no fog or dread, Free from confusion, or fear's embrace. The Truth revealed, The Dharma's light, a world unsealed. Four Roots of Awareness - a steady light, To Guide the soul, through darkest night. Emptiness revealed. The Awakened One, has truly led.
