Also learn how to make Matar Karanji (Green Peas Kachori) recipe from our chef Archana. बाजारात मटार दिसायला लागले की आपल्याला मटारचे काय काय पदार्थ करु असे होऊन जाते. मटार भात, पावभाजी, मटार उसळ, मटार कटलेट हे सगळे आपण नेहमीच करतो. पण मटार करंजी आपण करतोच असे नाही. खुसखुशीत आणि अतिशय चविष्ट अशी ही मटार करंजी करायला सोपी असून चवीलाही अतिशय छान लागते. यासाठी फारसा वेळ लागत नसून अगदी कमीत कमी पदार्थांमध्ये झटपट होणारी ही रेसिपी थंडीच्या दिवसांत खायला फार मस्त लागते. Share on Facebook: https://goo.gl/Y3JL5D Tweet about this: https://goo.gl/JYmb5I Ingredients: 250 gms Matar, mashed 10-12 Garlic, chopped 3-4 Green Chillies, chopped 1/4th tsp Black Pepper Powder Salt to taste Oil Maida dough for karanji साहित्य: २५० gms मटार, कुस्करून घेतलेले १० ते १२ लसूण, चिरून ३ ते ४ हिरव्या मिरच्या, चिरून १/४ tsp काळं मिरी पावडर मीठ तेल मैद्यची कणीक Method: In a pan heat some oil. Then add garlic, green chillies, balck pepper powder, mashed matar & salt. Mix all the ingredients well for 2 minutes. The stuffing is ready. Make a soft dough using maida, salt and water. Roll small size rotis and fill the rotis with a teaspoon of the matar stuffing. Fold the karanji as shown in the video and seal the sides of the karanji. Keep all the karanjis ready. In a pan, heat some oil for frying. Fry the karanjis till golden brown. Piping hot Matar Karanji is ready to serve!
