Eucharistic Adoration concludes at the National Eucharistic Congress on opening night
Bishop Andrew Cozzens - the chairman for the National Eucharistic Congress - leads adoration and benediction of the Holy Eucharist before concluding the ceremony after nearly an hour with a procession out of Lucas Oil Stadium. Approximately 50,000 people gathered together for this 5-day conference with the first 4 days ending in this solemn ceremony to welcome our Lord and His presence among us in the Eucharist. This first night it was the first event of the evening rather than the final one. Thursday, Friday and Saturday night concluded with this same ceremony which included silence, reflection time, soft music and singing. Because this was televised by EWTN, the full Adoration ceremony for this night can be viewed again here: • NATIONAL EUCHARISTIC CONGRESS - 2024-07-17...
