Susan Elliot-Wright interviews writer Russ Thomas about his debut crime novel 'Firewatching'. The novel is the first in a new police procedural series set in Sheffield and features DS Adam Tyler on his hunt to track down a serial arsonist at the end of a very hot Sheffield summer.
