My pet black-bellied whistling duck
Meet one of our black-bellied whistling ducks (Dendrocygna autumnalis), also known as black-bellied tree duck. He turned out to be very tame and very comfortable with me. I just started building confidence and trust with this duck. This bird lives in a mixed species aviary and it can choose if it likes to approach, to stay or to go. And today it chose to step up my arm and stay for a while.
