Hunt for Becky Watts intensifies as police are given more time - Daily Mail

Avon and Somerset police announced they had been granted the additional time to question the pair, who are being held in custody, this morning, as the search for the 16-year-old (inset, left) intensified, with sniffer dogs and a police helicopter rejoining the hunt. Forensic experts were searching a house in the Southmead area of Bristol, around four miles from Becky’s home in St George’s, as well as a property in Barton Hill, which is opposite where Becky’s boyfriend Luke Oberhansli, 17, lives. Police have also appealed to anyone who has seen a black Vauxhall Zafira, seized from outside the Southmead property to come forward. Neighbours said they had seen police search the boot of the car extensively during their search of the house, before removing it on Saturday afternoon.
