Reversing My WEIGHT LOSS Transformation For 24 HOURS
In today's video I decided to revisit my body before my weight loss transformation. A lot of you that follow me know I used to be heavier, so with the weighted vest, I wanted to see what it would be like to follow my current daily routine with additional weight. Would it make things harder? Would it prevent me from accomplishing easy tasks? Along with the activity I also follow my old 4,000 calorie diet that got me to my top weight. However, using the same foods, I portioned it to meet my daily caloric needs now. It really puts into perspective portion control!! Lastly throughout the video I share my eating disorder story.
