The two market 'planets he describes are planet 'No Growth' (US and Western Europe) and planet 'Growth' which are the less 11 world economies. This new generation of people starting businesses are much more mobile compared to Martin Sorrell's generation in terms of willingness to pick up new things and learning languages. He says that being more flexible is much more important now than it ever was. Advice for starting up a new business is to look for geographical growth and technological change.
